Mr. Yogi Sriram is Senior Vice President - Corporate HR and Member of the Executive Committee, larsen and Toubro Ltd. He has over 4 decades of experience in different leadership roles with diverse organisations such as Asea Brown Boveri Limited, BP, Taj Group (Tata)and the Shriram Group (Earlier DCM). For him, the way ahead at L&T would be to do an intensie OD engagement and also lend strategic Talent Management support to LAKSHYA PLAN. 

Mr. Sriram graduated from the Faculty of Management Studies in the year 1987. He also holds  Masters in PM & IR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, in addition to an L.L.B, from Law Faculty, University of Delhi. 

Mr.Sriram is the First HR professional in India to be admitted as Fellow of AIMA. He is also Member of the Executive Committee and Academic Advisory Committee, National Board of Accreditation Member of the Advisory Committee of Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay Member of the Governing Board of SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai; Member of the Governing Board of ITM (Institute of Technology & Management) and the Past President of NHRND, Mumbai Chapter.

He currently lives in Mumbai with his wife Prof. Dr. Sujata Sriram who is the Dean of Human School of Ecology at Tata Institute of Social Science.

To him,staying connected with FMS and its Alumni brings fond memories of most of his educational journey from Delhi University beginning with SRCC. He is greatly influenced by a profound thought by Frederick Nietzsche that he often deliberated upon, "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane those who could not hear the music". 

For him management is a belief that you should use all your faculties and also develop them further for making the best of what has been given to you."
