Mr. Gautam Nath
CEO Chair

Currently serving as the CEO Chair of TEC Canada, Mr. Gautam Nath recently co-founded Knackstor Global in 2018 which is an international gig economy service provider with a social benefit pillar. Mr. Gautam Nath also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of New Canadian Media. From campus placement, he joined the Hindustan Thompson Group as an intern at IMRB (Indian Market Research Bureau). Over the next 25 years, his journey in the corporate world in India saw him handle roles both as a research professional in IMRB and TNS (now Research International) as well as marketing roles on the client-side at SC Johnson and at Estee Lauder, both global Fortune 500 organizations. Mr. Nath was recognized as one of the top 100 marketing professionals in India.
In 2011, Mr. Nath received Canada's Top 25 Immigrants Award; in 2017 he received the June Callwood Outstanding Achievements Award for Voluntarism, (Canada's highest award for voluntarism) and in January 2018, he was recognized as Canada's Top 50 Diversity Board Professionals. Mr. Nath is perhaps the only Canadian citizen originating from India (and from FMS) to have received all three recognitions.
In 2008, Mr. Nath and his wife, Vinta emigrated to Canada are now Canadian citizens living in Toronto. In Canada, he has worked in the field of marketing, Marchand communications in leading Canadian organizations and has seen recognition because of work and the voluntarism efforts that he does.
Mr. Nath is a speaker at various forums, serves on Boards and committees, is heavily present on social media and is also the founder of the Multicultural Marketing Society of Canada. His passion drives many new Canadians to strive for a better future and he himself dedicates hours in motivating and giving back.
To him, "Management is the whole spectrum; what you do, how you do it and for whom you do it - in your work life and in your personal life. Management is all-encompassing - it defines who you are and your legacy in this world".
