Mr. Niren Chaudhary

Mr. Niren Chaudhary currently as the Chief Executive Officer of Panera Bread after a 2 years of acting as the COO & President International of Krispy Kreme. Prior to that he has worked for Yum! Brands for 23 years where the latest position he held was the President Global for KFC and he looked after Canada, Latin America and Asia. He has worked across geographies - UK, Netherlands, Germany and India; across different markets-owned and franchised across emerging and developed markets; across start ups, turnarounds and large businesses as an incredible journey of learning and contributions. From campus he joined TAS which gave him a terrific grounding and exposure to different TATA businesses. The single biggest life lesson he learnt was the importance of integrity in business at TATA.
His career objective is to keep challenging himself so that he can constantly learn, grow and make a difference in the communities in which we operate. He would love to be remembered as a world class coach who helped people become much better than they thought was possible.
Mr. Chaudhary graduated from Faculty of Management Studies in the year 1986 after doing Economics(Hons.) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. According to him, FMS has helped him learn management concepts and problem solving. It also gave him the opportunity to make lifelong friendships! But his most favourite memory of FMS was their treks - where they learnt to push their boundaries, have fun and deepen their relationships.
For him, "Management and leadership is about being a catalyst for others to discover their true potential".
