Yogesh Sachdeva (born March, 1966), an Electronics Engineer by training, had a distinguished education through St. Columba’s School and Modern School of New Delhi. He successfully pursued his engineering degree in Electronics from Nagpur University and went on to complete his MBA from Faulty of Management Studies, University of Delhi specializing in Strategic Management.

Before doing his MBA, Mr. Sachdeva began his career as a Design Engineer with India's leading computer hardware manufacturing companies for Computer Motherboards & Add-On Cards. He received extensive training at Sony Corp, Malaysia, and continued to work in various aspects of design & manufacturing of computer parts & peripherals in Taiwan. Recognizing his talent in understanding the needs of clients, he was quickly inducted as Head Technical Marketing Support where he worked with demanding clients such as Wipro, HCL, DCM & ICIM, among others. He soon took over as Business Development Manager at Vintron for Intel products in India. In this Techno-commercial assignment, he was very successful in increasing penetration of new technologies and solutions for various IT companies.

On completion of his MBA from FMS Delhi, Mr. Sachdeva turned entrepreneur and founded Axis Computech & Peripherals for high-quality delivery of IT Services, which he continues to lead as Director. He diversified into IT retail with Hewlett Packard and also joined the mobile industry with Idea Cellular. He is one of the few authorized Service Delivery Partners for Service & System Integration for Hewlett Packard India. His company has been recognized as one of the Top IT providers by Intel.

Having received extensive training in the field of Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES), Mr. Sachdeva demonstrates rich experience in Project management for deployment of large multi-location projects and works with large teams. As part of his ongoing quest for fresh technical and professional knowledge, Mr. Sachdeva regularly interacts with bright engineering and management students and faculty members at various reputed institutes. He has been an adjunct Faculty at FMS from 2004-2015.

He has been nominated on the panel constituted for the reorganization of Ministries for the Ministry of Youth & Sports and continues to be part of policy & planning for State Governments. He has been part of the FMS Alumni Association for over a decade and contributed significantly to its growth.

Yogesh attaches himself closely with several organizations that work on socially important issues. He has a long association with LIFE (Low Income Family Emancipation Society), which works with the underprivileged sections of society. He was recognized for his contribution at the Satyagraha Conference held in 2007. He had been occasionally publishing on various issues related to the Youth and the future. Mr. Sachdeva worked extensively to provide relief to persons & families affected during Covid and received coverage for his efforts in Media & Print.

At a personal level, Yogesh is passionate about Photography and spends considerable time in this pursuit. Though not a very active member, he remains committed to the cause of Geeta Ashram. He likes to spend time with his family that includes his mother, wife, two doting daughters, and many other well-wishers who have come to regard him as a loving human being.
