       •   Address: Vinay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021

The AGM is an important occasion for us to come together, review the progress of our association, and discuss the road ahead. Your active participation and valuable inputs will play a vital role in shaping the future of our community.

Agenda of the Twenty Eighth AGM :

       •   Welcome address by the President
       •   Secretary's Report for the year 2024–2025
       •   Adoption of Accounts for the year ended 31.03.2025
       •   Appointment of Auditors for the financial year 2025–2026
       •   Elections, if necessary, to the Executive Committee (2025–2027) – term of two years
       •   Any other item with the permission of the Chair
